The couple's questionnaire

The couple questionnaire

Instead of a long phone call, the couple fills in a music questionnaire through a personal link - no sign-up needed. The questions fit the type of event (a henna has no chuppah), and the answers become the music plan in one click.

Creating and sending it

1. In the event, on the Couple questionnaire tab, create the questionnaire.
2. Send the link: Send on WhatsApp (to the event's contact) or Copy link.
3. The status updates by itself: Waiting to be opened → Opened → In progress (with a percentage) → Submitted.

What the couple sees

A short opening with your business's name, then one question after another on their phone: the vibe, the entrance to the chuppah, the slow dance, songs they must have and songs they don't want. Every answer is saved at once, and they can carry on later from the same place. At the end there is a summary to check, and they send it.

When the couple sends it - and changes it

When the couple sends it, whoever sees the event gets a notification and an email with the answers. If the couple changes something and sends it again, the notification says which parts they changed (for example "The grand entrance, The slow dance"). The booked DJs get this too, even when the couple made changes several times in a row.

Locking and the link

• Lock editing - once you have finalized the plan, lock the questionnaire so the couple can't change it any more.
• Link is active - switching it off disables the link. Replace link gives you a new one (the old one stops working).

Questionnaire settings

In Settings → Couple questionnaire you choose which questions appear, add the names of DJs without an account, and turn on Automatic reminder to the couple, an email for couples who have not filled it in yet.
