Booking DJs, answers and pay

Booking and confirming

On the event's page (or in the new event form) you pick a DJ: someone from the Team, a name from the list (a DJ without an account), or Other. Double DJ adds a second DJ.

• A team member who was booked gets a notification - and confirms or says they can't make it, from the dashboard or from the event.
• Whoever booked them gets a notification with the answer.
• In the list of DJs to pick from, you see who is already booked that day and who marked themselves unavailable.

Unavailable days

In the calendar, tap a day: "I am not available on this date". The day is striped for you and everywhere the team is shown.

DJ pay

In the event's details, whoever handles payments sets how much each DJ gets and marks it "Paid". On the dashboard each DJ sees their own line - how much they are owed this month.

What a DJ sees

A DJ with "DJ" access sees only their own events: the calendar, the music plan (and can edit it), the couple's questionnaire and Event mode. The event's price is shown only to the main DJ. They get notifications about a booking, a change to the plan and a change to the questionnaire - according to what they chose in their notification settings.
