Terms of Use

1. The Service

Event Master is a management system for event businesses: events, customers, quotes, income and expenses, team, calendar, music plans and customer questionnaires. It is intended for businesses and the people acting on their behalf.

Event Master is not accounting software and does not issue tax invoices or receipts. The income and expense figures in it, and the documents attached to expenses, are for the business's own use; reporting and issuing official documents remain the business's responsibility.

External calendars: you may sync events to your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar. What is written there is a copy of information in the Service, subject to the calendar provider's own terms; we are not responsible for the availability of the external calendar, and the sync can be disconnected at any time.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity in your account and in the accounts of team members you invited.
• If you learn of unauthorised use of your account, tell us at once at support@event-master.co.il.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
• You are responsible for the content you enter and for having the right to keep your customers' information and contact them, including consent to receive messages where the law requires it.
• Do not try to break into the Service, bypass limits, overload it, copy it or use it to send spam.

4. Your content

Information a business enters belongs to that business. You allow us to store and process it only as needed to provide the Service. You can ask for a copy of it, or for its deletion, at support@event-master.co.il.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and working, but it is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will run without interruptions or errors. We may change, add or remove features.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage or lost profits.

7. Intellectual property

The software, design, marks and the name Event Master belong to us. Do not copy or use them without permission.

8. Ending use

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where possible.

9. Changes to these terms

We will update these terms from time to time, along with the date at the top of the page, and announce material changes in advance by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction.
