Welcome: finding your way and the home screen

What is Event Master

One system for a DJ and events business: your events and calendar, the music plan for every night, the couple's questionnaire, the team and its bookings, your clients, proposals and money. It works in the browser on a computer, on a phone and in the app - and everything stays in sync.

Finding your way around

On a computer

The side menu is split into topics: Events & Production (Events, Calendar, Tasks), CRM (Office desk, Contacts), Business (Proposals & packages, Finance, Equipment) and Administration (Team Members, Settings). At the top of the screen: search, the bell (notifications) and the profile menu.

On a phone

At the bottom there is a bar with the main screens, and a + button in the middle for a quick add - an event, a contact or a task. "More" opens the full menu. Search, the bell and your profile are at the top.

The home screen (Dashboard)

• Next event - a card that stands out at the top of the screen. On the day of the event it also has a button for Event mode.
• Needs attention - events in the next two months without a DJ, bookings waiting for confirmation, and questionnaires the couple has not filled in yet.
• Numbers - upcoming events, proposals waiting for an answer, and this month's income (for people allowed to see money).
• First steps - in a new business: your first event, a questionnaire, the calendar and the team. It goes away once you are done.

Switching business

If you belong to several businesses, choose one from the picker at the top of the menu. Every screen then opens again inside the business you chose.

Search

The search at the top of the screen finds events (by name, couple, place or DJ), contacts, and screens of the system. On a phone it opens as a full screen.
