Deleting your Event Master account

1. Delete it in the app or on the website

• Sign in.
• Open "My profile" from the menu of the round picture in the top bar.
• At the bottom of the page, under "Delete account", see what will be deleted and press "Delete account".
• Type the word DELETE and press "Delete my account permanently". The account is deleted at once, and the device is signed out.

2. What is deleted

• The account and the ways you sign in to it (password, Google, Apple).
• Your profile picture, settings, the devices that get notifications and your calendar links (the calendar the Service made in Google Calendar is deleted too).
• Your bookings as a DJ, your days off and your support tickets.
• A business with nobody else in it - with everything in it: events, contacts, proposals, expenses and their documents, tasks and equipment. You see how much of each there is before you confirm.
• Your e-mail address is free again at once.

3. What stays

In a business that has other people in it, what was made there (an event, an expense) belongs to the business and stays. If you are its only manager, first make someone else a manager (in Team Members), or remove the others from the business.

Only an internal record that the account was deleted is kept, without the full e-mail address. Backup copies are deleted in their normal cycle.

4. Can't get into your account?

Ask for deletion by e-mail to support@event-master.co.il from the account's address. We handle requests within 30 days.
